FFHP/HIV Program Specialist

We are seeking a Program Specialist in Kingman for the HIV/AIDS and the Fit at Fifty HealthCheck Programs. This is a full time position split between the HIV/AIDS and the Fit at Fifty HealthCheck Programs under the Outreach division of North Country HealthCare. The Program Specialist will conduct screening and implement the outreach activities as laid out in the contractual guidelines and work plan. The service area includes Coconino, Mohave and Yavapai Counties, especially in rural and medically underserved areas. The position requires strong communication and self-motivation skills.
