Responsibilities: The RESEP case manager will be responsible for over-seeing case management with proper scheduling and referrals, ensuring that screenings are completed and treatment options are established.
Requirements: Bachelar's degree in public health or related field or 3 years experience health program coordination. Excellent written & verbal commication skills. Bilingual in English and Navajo.

Responsibilities:
Requirements: Diabetes Program, full-time, 40 hours per week, nonexempt, Mondays through Fridays, 8 AM to 5 PM, bilingual English/Spanish required, preference to applicants with a bachelor’s degree in a related field, medical assistants, and/or registered dieticians.

Family Nurse Practitioner

Responsibilities: Two positions available.
Requirements: Full-time, 40 hours per week, non exempt, one or more year experience within a healthcare environment required, general knowledge of billing and coding preferred.

Responsibilities:
Requirements: Health Steps Program, full-time, 40 hours per week, exempt, bachelor’s degree in a related field required, master’s degree in a related field and/or three or more years experience in early childhood development preferred.

Program Coordinator II
Location(s): Flagstaff
Responsibilities: Northern Arizona Center Against Sexual Assault (NACASA) Program, part-time, 20 hour per week, exempt and job-sharing position.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a related field and one or more year related experience required.

RN
Location(s): Holbrook
Responsibilities:
Requirements: 1-3 years medical office experience preferred. Current CPR required, English/Spanish a plus.
