Appointments

Appointments are encouraged for faster, convenient service.  In order to see the provider of your choice at a time convenient for you, please call our office to make an appointment in Flagstaff 

928-213-6100 or for other location phone numbers please see Locations tab. Patients can also be seen on a “walk-in” basis, however appointments are encouraged to minimize your wait. To schedule an appointment please refer to the phone listing of locations for the clinic location nearest you. Same day appointments are available.

Walk-Ins
If you suddenly become ill, our providers will make every effort to see you on a walk-in basis. Walk-ins with children will be seen first.

Walk-in hours are:
Flagstaff - 7:45 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. and from 1:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Satellite Clinics - as posted. (Please check with our receptionist for more information)

Because your wait will probably be longer than patients who have a scheduled appointment, we ask for your understanding and patience as we work to provide you with quality care.

After Hour Emergencies:
There is always an on-call provider available by phone. Please call your main clinic number and our answering service will contact a provider about your concern.
